Here are two scaled-down versions of the LGM 2013 program, created using the materials supplied at [https://github.com/greyscalepress/lgm-2013 https://github.com/greyscalepress/lgm-2013].
I've tested both of them on a Google Nexus 7, with AdobeReader and an ePub reader. The ePub has the advantage of a clickable table of contents.
