Working with Story Editor

Story Editor is the small editing window used to manually enter text into a text frame. At the time of this writing, it is mainly meant to display the text content, with only some minimal display features enabled. You will see a depiction of justification (not necessarily fully reflecting the ultimate placement in the text frame, and you will also see the appropriate font color displayed.

Story Editor does not display the following text frame features:

  • Font face
  • Font size
  • Kerning
  • Line spacing
  • Superscript or subscript placement
  • Outline
  • Shadow
