Talk:Adjust a text frame to fit its content

Vertically centering text should be fairly trivially doable in the simple case (i.e. nothing to wrap around) simply by adding up font metrics like line height, cap height and working out the real height of the text. From there it's trivial to work out where to place the top line such that the rest of the text appears centred. I don't think this is currently possible from scripting land. -- Nornagon 23:32, 31 March 2009 (CEST)
