Talk:Live DTP CD

I don't think the CD should be as small as possible -- quite the contrary. It would be useful for testers to evaluate all or at least most possibilities of open source DTP. And this means a lot of MBs (TeX, OOo, OpenClipArt, Fonts ...). A CD-ROM drive is available to almost all PCs nowadays, so there's no reason to be unnecessarily modest with respect to the opportunities of DTP under Linux. Despite some rough edges, open source DTP has become quite powerful. So we need to let the world know about it! --C schaefer 00:31, 2 May 2005 (UTC)
http://www.livecdlist.com/ is a good list of Live CDs we should add the official and branded Scribus LiveCD to, and may be useful for deciding which one to base it off..?
